Customer Service Associate
Our Customer Service Associate role is responsible for the daily activities of Dead Air’s customer and dealer experience, including technical, functional, and order queries. You will also be asked to process orders, make modifications, and work across several communication channels within Dead Air’s ERP system. This position is an exciting, hands-on, detail-oriented, customer and dealer-facing role that involves performing day-to day customer service activities and being part of a team that strives to deliver the best customer experience in the industry.
Qualifications:
Customer service, firearms, and suppressor experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel.
Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus.
Must be able to legally work with and possess firearms and pass a federal 4473 background check.
Warehouse Fulfillment Associate
Our Fulfillment Associate role is responsible for completing daily operations of unloading, sorting, receiving, packaging, fulfilling and shipping orders, product security, cleanliness, and appearance of our warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
Relevant Fulfillment or other Distribution Warehouse experience preferred.
Firearms and suppressor experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, especailly Excel.
Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus.
Must be able to legally work with and possess firearms and pass a federal 4473 background check.
