ONLINE STORE PRODUCT WARRANTY and RETURN POLICY
This policy pertains only to the items and accessories purchased on our e-commerce store. For questions concerning our silencers, repairs, and warranty please visit our website’s Silencer Policy section.
We at Dead Air value our customer’s satisfaction with the products we sell. Any item that you purchase on our e-commerce site may be returned with no questions asked provided that it is in unused new condition and that a copy of either the receipt or invoice number is provided. We will gladly replace, exchange, or refund the purchase price less shipping. In the event the item is returned due to our own mistake then no shipping fee will be assessed. In any event, we do not charge our customers restocking fees.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is calculated and applied to all orders under one hundred (100) dollars and will be included in your order as a line item when checking out.
All orders over one hundred dollars ships for free. Most in stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Items are shipped using either UPS or U.S. Postal Service, depending on both weight and what items are included in the package.
The item you wish to return or exchange:
- Must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Must be new and in original packaging.
- Must be returned shipped in a way that insures against shipping damage.
- If you request a refund, it will be given in the same method of original payment.
- You will receive a refund within 7 business days of receiving your return.
