Before beginning this process be sure to have:
– Your Product In hand
– A photo of your ID
– A copy of your APPROVED Form 4 , Form 5 (If LE agency), or FFL/SOT (If Dealer)
– Photos of Silencer Damage

– DEALERS: If you are sending the item in for repair for a customer or your business be sure to fill out
your information (not the customer information).
– A copy of your current FFL/SOT MUST be uploaded below as well as included in the box with the item.

Thank you for your support. We take your warranty claim seriously. The typical turnaround time is 50-60 days from the date we receive your product. Please be sure to include a physical copy of your entire approved form 4 in the box along with the suppressor when it is shipped. If we do not receive adequate documentation of the associated form 4, we cannot service your suppressor, and it will be returned to you. Adequate documentation is defined as a scan (Photos are not acceptable) of all pages of your approved form 4. Form 4 applications are not sufficient and will be rejected. A PO Box is not an acceptable shipping address. Please be certain to provide a physical shipping address when filling out the form. Save the RMA number below for your records. You will be receiving a copy via email, along with a shipping label. Be sure to print that email and include it with your shipment.
