“My name is Dallin Hanchett and I am the new Customer Service Manager at Dead Air Silencers. My goal is to improve all aspects of the customer’s journey once they have reached out to our team by delivering exceptional communication and customer service.
I have worked in the industry for 9 years and I look forward to this new endeavor. When I’m not in the office you can find me in the mountains hunting various western big game or at the range shooting long distance! I am very excited to join the Dead Air Silencers team and look forward to serving our customers with all their silencer needs!”
Since his onboarding, Hanchett has been working fervently to update and streamline all aspects of the department from implementing an entirely new phone system to seeking out and hiring additional qualified personnel to meet increasing consumer inquiry demand as well as generate the highest level of customer experience satisfaction.
