Online Store Product Warranty and Returns
This policy is regarding accessory items purchased from our online e-commerce store. For silencer warranty questions please view our silencer policy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your accessory purchase, you may return the it in “as new” condition. Please include your receipt or invoice number. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for the price you paid minus any shipping fees. If it is determined that the return is necessary due to an error we caused, the shipping fees will also be refunded.
The item you wish to return or exchange:
- Must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Must be new and in original packaging.
- Must be return shipped in a way that insures against shipping damage.
- If you request a refund it will be given in the same method of original payment.
- You will receive a refund within 7 business days of receiving your return.
